Swing Path and Barrel Control

NO CONTROL? Top Hand/Bottom Hand

Description: Short trainer helps maintain palm up/palm down motion through contact by isolating the hands.

Helps with: Rolling over after contact point, barrel control and strengthens top/bottm hands.

Bat: MB22, MB25, Thumper.

SWING TOO BIG? Collision-Short Bat

Description: Short bat path bringing the barrel directly to the ball and connecting the knob to the barrel.

Helps with: Barrel control and bringing the barrel to the ball.

Bat: MB22, MB25, Thumper, (can use larger models).

NOT GETTING AROUND? Collision B Extended-Front Toss

Description: Hitter attacks ball with strong hand to ball contact point, with extension through the pitcher and finish.

Helps with: Pulling off, rolling over, one handed swings, and getting underneath the ball.

Bats: Ballhawk, Tomahawk, Sage and AV7.

Contact Quality

WIN THE COLLISION. Collision A - Tee

Description: Isolates hands from body so the hitter can feel the barrel explode to contact point in palm up/palm down position.

Helps with: Dipping shoulders, dropping barrel and getting underneath the ball.

Bat: AV7, Ball Hawk, and Tomahawk.

TRAIN STRONG CONTACT. Collision A - Front Toss

Description: Hitter generating strong motion to contact, focusing on bringing the hands and barrel directly to the ball.

Helps with: Dipping shoulders, dropping barrel and getting underneath the ball.

Bats: Ballhawk, Tomahawk, and AV7.

Power & Extension

EXTENSION = POWER. Collision B - Tee

Description: Hitters maintain strong motion to contact point, then release after contact and follow through.

Helps with: Pulling off, rolling over, and getting underneath the ball.

Bats: Ballhawk, Tomahawk, and AV7.

WEAK THROUGH THE ZONE? Collision B - Front Toss

Description: Hitter allows the ball to travel, generating a short and strong contact point with extension towards the pitcher.

Helps with: Pulling off, rolling over, and getting underneath the ball.

Bats: Ballhawk, Tomahawk, and AV7.

BALL, BARREL, BODY. Collision B Extended - Tee

Description: Hitter maintains a longer, strong contact point followed by extension through the pitcher.

Helps with: Pulling off, rolling over, one handed swings and getting underneath the ball.

Bats: Ballhawk, Tomahawk and AV7.
